Minibus hire in Fingal for smaller groups

When a minibus fits the trip

A smaller group can still have a detailed itinerary. You may be travelling from several addresses to an event, meeting at one pick-up point for a day out or arranging airport transport with luggage. Send the proposed journey rather than just a passenger total, so we can discuss the transport that fits your plans.

Our minibus range offers 10–16 seats. Count everyone who will travel, including adults accompanying children or a team. If your numbers may grow beyond that range, tell us your expected maximum. A 20–30-seat mini coach or a larger coach may be more suitable; the team can discuss the options when you enquire.

Pick-up across Fingal and North Dublin

We take pick-up enquiries from Swords, Malahide, Balbriggan, Skerries, Lusk, Donabate, Blanchardstown and the wider North Dublin area. A local departure can be the start of a journey to a destination elsewhere in Ireland. Include the complete collection address and the venue address rather than only the town names.

For several collection points, list the addresses in the order you have in mind. Give us the time the group needs to reach the destination and any fixed event start time. Agree the collection plan before sharing final timings with passengers, especially when the route includes several stops.

Airport luggage and team equipment

For a Dublin Airport transfer, include the flight number, date and time, as well as passenger numbers and the luggage you intend to bring. Large suitcases, sports equipment or other bulky items can affect which vehicle is appropriate. A seat count alone does not confirm space for everything travelling with the group.

For a school or team outing, explain any equipment and specific passenger requirements when you enquire. Confirm the suitable vehicle directly with the team before booking. If you need particular arrangements, share them at the start of the conversation so they can be discussed alongside the route and timetable.

One-way or return minibus hire

Let us know whether you need a single journey or transport back from the destination. For a return trip, include the return date, collection address and proposed time. If your event finish time is still provisional, explain that rather than treating an estimate as a confirmed collection.

Include any planned stop on the way home in the original enquiry. Changes to passenger numbers, destinations or timings should be discussed with the team before travel. Preparing a clear itinerary helps everyone understand the journey you want to arrange.
