One journey, planned around your group

Arrange transport for a day trip, event, tour or corporate outing. Start with where your group will meet and where you want to go. Let us know whether you need a one-way journey or a return trip, and include any proposed stops when you make your enquiry.

We serve Swords, Malahide, Balbriggan, Skerries, Lusk, Donabate, Blanchardstown and the wider Fingal area. Your departure point can be in North Dublin even when your destination is elsewhere in Ireland.

Choosing a vehicle

Our vehicle range includes 10–16-seat minibuses, 20–30-seat mini coaches, 53-seat coaches and double-deckers with up to 78 seats. The passenger total is the starting point for choosing a vehicle; tell us about luggage, equipment or other requirements as well.

Contact the team to check the suitable vehicle and availability for your date. If your numbers are still changing, include your current estimate and explain when you expect to confirm the final group size.

What to send with your enquiry

  • Travel date and passenger numbers
  • Pick-up address and destination
  • Departure time and, for a return trip, the return pick-up time
  • Any additional stops, luggage or specific passenger requirements

Start with the event timetable

For a day out or an event, work backwards from when your group needs to be at the destination. The event start time and the time you want to arrive may be different. Include both in your enquiry, together with the address and any instructions you have received from the venue about where groups should arrive.

A route with several visits needs more detail than a direct journey. List the stops in order and mark any fixed arrival times. Explain where your group will spend the day and the proposed collection point for the return trip. If the itinerary is still being finalised, tell us which parts are provisional before you ask us to discuss availability.

Keep the group organiser and itinerary together

Choose a contact person who can share the passenger total, answer questions about the route and confirm the journey with the team. For a corporate outing, include the meeting or event location and the proposed collection arrangements. For a club or private group, give the address where everyone will meet rather than assuming a town name identifies the pick-up point.

For a return collection, include the date and time as well as the destination. A late finish may fall on a different date from departure. If the group will travel back from another venue, make that clear in the original enquiry. Discuss changes to stops, times or passenger numbers before travelling so the booking arrangements match the journey you intend to make.

Before you book

What coach sizes are available?

Our range includes 20–30-seat mini coaches, 53-seat coaches and double-deckers with up to 78 seats, alongside 10–16-seat minibuses. Availability and the suitable vehicle for your date must be confirmed directly with the team.

Can I include more than one stop?

Include all proposed stops, their addresses and any fixed arrival times when you enquire. The team can discuss your complete itinerary rather than assuming a direct journey.

How is a coach hire quote arranged?

Send the date, passenger total, route and departure and return times. Tell us about luggage, equipment and specific requirements. Contact the team to discuss availability, a quote and the booking arrangements for that journey.
